Registered Designs

A selection of our products are Registered Designs - registered to Spencer-Brookes Designs via the Intellectual Property Office (IPO).

This includes, but is not limited to, all of our Reward Jar designs. Details of a specific products design registration can be provided upon request. Reproduction of these designs in part, or full is strictly prohibited, and may result in court action.

3rd Party Designs

On occasion, we may source designs from a 3rd party resource.

We currently hold a number of lifetime commercial licences, as well as express permission to use selected products designed and registered by 3rd party graphic designers, and related businesses.

The original drop top guest book is a registered design. Of which, the holder of these rights has granted Spencer Brookes Designs permission to use. 

We may utilise these designs in full, or as part of a larger design created by us. In these circumstances, the copyright for each individual element will be split between the original owner, and Spencer-Brookes Designs accordingly.

For literary, dramatic, musical or artistic works:

70 years from the end of the calendar year in which the last remaining author of the work dies, or the work is made available to the public, by authorised performance, broadcast, exhibition, etc.
